We are a small, strictly non-smoking bed and breakfast. Situated in the heart of Exeter, yet in a quiet location next to a recreation park and near to a well known landmark - the Clock Tower. Within walking distance are the varied attractions of the historic City of Exeter, as well as the Cathedral, the Quayside and the Exeter University. St David’s Train Station and Exeter Coach/Bus Station are about half a mile away. Exeter central Station and the main shopping precincts are a stroll away. We are also easily accessible from the Airport and M5. For the evening entertainment there are many theatres, restaurants and pubs nearby. We have limited off street parking available for small cars only. More parking on the street from 18.00-9.00. A public car park is also close by.
